The Courtyards at Homestead Road is one of the newest Epcon Communities located in Chapel Hill. New and resale homes are available and priced in the $300-400s. HOA dues are $225 per month.

Prices are in the high $300s to high $400s. Condos are priced in the $300s. HOA dues are around $250 per month. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and walking trails.
